Surgery

Our dedicated surgery/recovery suite and standing surgical stocks allow us to perform selected soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries safely and as comfortably as possible, under gas anesthesia when indicated.

Surgeries we perform include:
•    Castration
•    Check ligament desmotomy
•    Crypt orchid castration
•    Deep flexor tenotomy (for treatment of laminitis)
•    Hernia repair
•    Mass removal (and follow-up chemotherapy if needed)
•    Splint bone removal
•    Sequestrum removal
